Our Mission:

We want you to learn the material well enough to pass your exams. This means that our tutors will work to make you more independent. They won’t check your work for you or do your work for you. They will support your efforts and offer suggestions for improving study skills and/or clarification of course content.

How to maximize your time with a tutor:
Bring your notes and text book.
Try to attempt solving the problem to show the tutor your progress and where you have questions.
Our Tutoring Model

For in-person tutoring:
No appointments necessary; all tutoring is on a first-come, first served basis. Be prepared for your session with questions and work to show your tutor. You can sign up as often as needed, but each session is limited due to the volume of students we serve.

For online tutoring:

Take Home Tests and Quizzes:
Tutors cannot directly assist with take home tests or quizzes unless it is clearly specified on the test or quiz that help from a tutor is allowed.

Please make appointment at the Accudemia homepagenew window.

Our Mission:

We proudly offer virtual and in-person support through one-to-one tutoring, specialized workshops, and computer lab access. To book an appointment, please visit our online scheduling system - MC Accudemia

All Montgomery College Learning Centers use Accudemia for tutoring appointments. MC students are already registered with Accudemia, so you do not need a separate account. You can sign in using your MC credentials and 2-factor Authentication.

Please have your assignment, assignment instructions, and any prior feedback from your professor available by your appointment time.

Please upload your assignment, your professor's written assignment instructions, and any prior feedback from your professor at least one hour before your appointment start time. These documents are necessary for your tutor to be able to provide written feedback. You will be notified via email when your written feedback is available from Accudemia.
