Box Office

Unless otherwise posted, Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. and 3 p.m.–6 p.m. Additionally, the Box Office is open at least two hours prior to all Guest Artist, College Performing Arts, and Saturday Morning Children’s Series performances.

Single Ticket Sales

All sales are final. No refunds, substitutions, or exchanges are permitted. Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket. To qualify for senior citizen discounts, patrons must be at least 65 years old. Student discounts are available for all students and children through high school, and for college students with current ID.

Group Rates

Group rates are available for some shows for groups of 15 or more. Please contact the Box Office at 240-567-5301 for further information.

For Disability-related Accommodations

The center is committed to making the arts accessible to all. Under the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, this information is available in alternative formats. To request an alternative format and/or other disability-related accommodations, please contact the Robert E. Parilla Performing Arts Center Box Office at 240-567- 5301; Maryland Relay is available at 1-800-552-7724. Please provide the center with sufficient advanced notice to arrange accommodations. Patrons with special seating requests should inform the Box Office at the time of ticket purchase.

The Robert E. Parilla Performing Arts Center features wheelchair-accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, and seating. Theatergoers may enjoy our free infrared system for the hearing-impaired from any seat during any performance. Receivers are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Box Office. 

Patrons may also use Listen Everywherenew window (an award-winning assistive listening solution). Follow the below instructions to start using the Listen Eveywhere app.

  1. Download the Listen Everywherenew window app via the Apple Store appnew window or Google Play appnew window.
  2. Open your phone WiFi connection and login to the venue hearing assistance WiFi connection – HEAR 2.4 or HEAR 5.0. There is no password.
  3. Open the Listen or Audio Everywhere app, select the venue that comes up, put in your ear buds and enjoy the show with your own personal audio connection to the event!
