Summer Staff Professional Development
Welcome to MC’s 2024 ELITE-supported Summer Staff Professional Development series.
This summer’s workshops and one-hour classes are selected to meet your personal and professional learning and development needs and interests. We hope you will join us for one or as many of the offerings that interest you.
The series starts in mid-June and ends in early August.
The Training
There are 24 different one-hour sessions, in specialized areas, ranging from practical work and professional learning to more personal development areas.
All classes are delivered via Zoom, have a duration of one hour, and are offered on two different dates in both mornings and afternoons.
Each session is designed with a focus on experiential learning, interactivity, and enjoyment.
More than 60% of this year's offerings are designed and facilitated by MC subject matter experts outside ELITE, reflecting our spirit of learning, working, and growing together.
In addition to the 24 workshops is a brand-new offering titled Crucial Influence which occurs over three days in 2.5 hours each.
All programs are delivered via Zoom.
