Montgomery College proudly earned three national honors at the 2024 Paragon Awards, presented by the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) during its annual conference in New Orleans on March 27. The College brought home a Gold, Silver, and Bronze Paragon Award—recognizing excellence in video storytelling and social media, and affirming Montgomery College’s place as a national leader in strategic, mission-driven communications.
Representing the College at the ceremony were Dr. Michelle Campbell, Senior Vice President for Advancement and Community Engagement, and Andre Anderson, Social Media Manager for Montgomery College Television (MCTV), who accepted the awards on behalf of the College.
The Paragon Awards are NCMPR’s highest recognition of achievement in communications at two-year colleges. This year’s competition drew nearly 1,570 entries from 205 community and technical colleges across the U.S. and Canada, making the recognition especially meaningful. Winning in three separate categories demonstrates the creativity, impact, and range of the College’s marketing and storytelling efforts.
