In-person and Virtual

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
  • In-person assistance is provided on a walk-in basis, during normal business hours, and does not require an appointment.
  • To book an in-person or virtual appointment with Digital Learning Center staff, select the appointment topic, date, available staff, and time.
  • After booking an appointment, a confirmation email from the Digital Learning Center will be automatically sent to your email.
  • The staff will send you an email containing a meeting link prior to your appointment.

The Digital Learning Centers (DLC) offer instructional support and academic assistance for students, both in-person and online. Our wide range of workshops and services are designed to equip students with 21st-century skills, positioning them for transformative success in their careers.

We empower students holistically with digital literacy skills and prepare them for a bright future. Our centers offer: 

  • One-on-one support (both virtual and in-person). 
  • NEW Laptop Lending Programnew window (Starting September 3, 2024).
  • Workshops (Microsoft Office Applications, Blackboard, ePortfolio, LinkedIn, Getting Started with MAC OS, Getting Started with PC, and more!).
  • Windows and Mac workstations.
  • Printing resourcesnew window.
  • Quiet study spaces.
  • Group collaboration areas.
  • Limited technical support (Duo 2FA, MyMC, Zoom configuration, printing, etc.).

We operate on the Rockville, Takoma Park/Silver Spring, and virtual campus.
