MCTV’s award-winning production team, a component of the Office of Communications, produces educational programs that highlight the best of Montgomery College as well as television promotion and coverage of College events. Our programming appears on the College’s educational cable television channel (channel 10 on cable systems in Montgomery County) and many programs may also be seen on the Montgomery College YouTube Channel. Consult with the MCTV team for technical advice on how you can go forward and achieve your project's goals without the need for hands-on support.
Project Request Form
MCTV provides video bulletin board services on Cable Channel 10 featuring information
on Montgomery College news, events, classes, and other activities of interest to the
general public. The video bulletin board is known as the “News Ticker”. The News
Ticker runs 24/7 and appears as a crawl on the bottom of the television screen.
To have your information appear on the News Ticker, please key in the text you want to appear, as well as the start and end dates, in the “Please describe your project and how it will be used.” text box in the online form.
New Ticker requests should be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start date.

Form. All participants in Montgomery College Television productions and performances
need to sign the form. Once signed, please mail the form to Brian O'Neal, MCTV Macklin
Tower, 51 Mannakee Street, Rockville, MD. 20850 or scan the completed form and email
the scanned copy to brian.oneal@montgomerycollege.edu.

You must own or obtain the copyright permission for the images, video, and audio content you will be providing for Montgomery College Television productions as well as obtain all permissions necessary from any identifiable people who will appear within the production.
