Transportation Options for Montgomery College Students

• All Montgomery College students who show a valid MC student identification card, with a current sticker, will be able to take Ride On Bus transportation anywhere in Montgomery County seven days a week while registered for that semester's courses. For Ride On schedules, maps, and routes, visit RIDE ON Schedules.

• Rockville Campus Shuttle Service and Parking
  The Rockville Campus Shuttle will begin running on September 3, transporting students and employees between the Rockville Swim Center and the Rockville Campus. The shuttle will run continuously Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.  

  Pick-up and drop-off locations:

  • On-campus - between the Counseling and Advising building and Science East building.
  • The Rockville Municipal Swim Center is located approximately 0.6 miles from the Rockville Campus. (From the campus, turn right onto Mannakee Street, then turn left at the light onto Martins Lane. The Swim Center parking lot is on the right.)

• Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus Shuttle Service and Parking
  To ease parking challenges on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus (TP/SS), a complimentary shuttle service is available to take you from off-site parking to campus.  Park at the Bonifant-Dixon Garage 55 (1101 Bonifant Street) and be chauffeured to the TP/SS campus. The shuttle will run continuously Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., during fall and spring semesters. 
  
  Pickup and drop-off locations: the Jesup Blair side of the Health Science Center building and the New York Avenue side of the Student Services Center.
  
  To park at the Bonifant-Dixon Garage 55 you must have an MC parking decal displayed on the rear bumper or window of your vehicle, park in areas designated for long-term parking, and park front–end into parking spaces.
