Public Safety Commendation and Complaint form

If you wish to make a commendation or complaint about the actions of a Public Safety staff member or any aspect of our Public Safety operations, please fill out the information requested below as thoroughly as possible. This form asks that you identify yourself and give specific details regarding your interaction. You may be contacted for additional information. All complaints will be investigated. In most cases, The Director of Public Safety will contact you following an investigation review to discuss the findings. We value and appreciate your feedback.
